We provide attractive clean rooms, comfortable beds and an excellent  full English Breakfast with cereals and fresh fruit + juices, tea or fresh coffee. 
Personal dietary needs and tastes can be accommodated.

Bedroom  1     Large room  with King size bed + sitting area.  
This room can also accommodate a comfortable extra bed.

All rooms have  flat screen TV with  Freeview, DVD/CD and i-pod dock.

Good size feature bathroom with hand painted tiles, for sole use of guests. 
This provides separate bath and shower cubicle  facilities.

Large comfortable lounge can be used by guests.

No problem if you wish to warm something in the kitchen microwave.

Families with children welcome.

  Free  Internet connection available for  guests use, (if required
guests may borrow a notebook computer to check e-mail etc.)

We have no problem if you bring a dog.
